The LPG (Leading Property Group) is a group that brings together the best estate agents on the Eastern Costa del Sol, the inland region of Axarquia and the Costa Tropical, all with an impeccable reputation gained over many years of work, a group of highly qualified real estate agents, all of them well established within their respective neighbourhood, after decades of serious and professional service.
The ever-increasing extent of our geographical area in which our partners exercise their professional activity, coupled to the constant changes in the rules governing urban planning, local government regulations, tax regimes, etc., imply that each agency should devote considerable time to this enormous task.
By joining forces, each member agency within the group is able to offer any information about the properties of other agencies in the group, giving potential buyers a wide selection of properties for sale from Malaga to the Costa Tropical, including Malaga municipalities within the area east of the province collectively known as the Axarquia, and other adjacent areas in the Granada province.
This union is also highly advantageous for those property owners who want to put their property for sale in the portfolio of one LPG member, which will be automatically shared by all other agencies and members of the LPG and their respective contacts and agents abroad , which greatly amplifies the chances of selling your property in a more rapid and satisfactory manner.

This legitimate concern led to a strong desire by our partners to come together and create the LPG.
