URBAN BUILDING PLOTS
All plots are freely available for the purpose of constructing an individual detached villa on two floors, plus roof terrace, and basement if required (which does not commute in the building volume of the house). A swimming pool is also permitted. The plot prices include all costs related to the infrastructure of the urbanisation, such as all landscaping, streets, pavements, drainage, sewage, lighting, etc., all of which are COMPLETED in the first three phases of the urbanisation.
FREEHOLD TITLE DEEDS are available immediately as well as FULL PLANNING PERMISSION, subject only to presenting the final house project and plans to the provincial College of Architects and the local town hall. Plots from 325 m2 to 547 m2 with a building volume of 169+ m2 on one or two floors, plus an optional basement and a roof terrrace, prices from just 32.419 Euros.
Please note that urban building plots are available for sale without the need to construct immediately. You may purchase now, build when you wish, or sell on again in the future.
